                               RESOLUTION NO. 19382
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO 
                   CONTRACT WITH EUGENE BOWMAN, APPRAISER, TO 
                   APPRAISE ONE (1) TRACT AND ONE (1) ADD-ON 
                   TRACT RELATIVE TO THE WIDENING OF THE STREET 
                   AT FIRST STREET AND MARKET STREET FOR AN 
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO THOUSAND TWO 
                   HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($2,250.00), WHICH AMOUNT INCLUDES SEVEN 
                   HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($750.00) 
                   FOR EACH TRACT, IN ADDITION TO SEVEN HUNDRED 
                   FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($750.00) FOR 
                   CONDEMNATION SERVICES IF NECESSARY.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to contract with 
       Eugene Bowman, Appraiser, to appraise one (1) tract and one (1) 
       add-on tract relative to the widening of the street at First 
       Street and Market Street for an amount not to exceed $2,250.00, 
       which amount includes $750.00 for each tract, in addition to 
       $750.00 for condemnation services if necessary.
